About 0xbow
0xbow is building the next generation of privacy infrastructure for Ethereum and beyond. Privacy Pools brings transactional privacy together with configurable compliance, so teams can ship privacy features without taking on unacceptable risk.
ASP v2 (Association Set Provider) is the compliance and operations layer that makes Privacy Pools usable in production. It runs a configurable, auditable risk evaluation pipeline, and it must stay safe under real-world conditions: resyncs, rollbacks, incidents, and network-specific quirks.
What you’ll do
- Build and operate backend services for the ASP, including APIs and data pipelines that support risk evaluation and integrations.
- Implement observability and operations for the ASP: structured logs, metrics, traces, alerting, and integrity checks.
- Own degraded-mode behaviors and operational safety features (resync, rollback, kill switches, and a clear public status surface).
- Create dashboards and alerts for anomalies, edge-case behavior, and compliance-triggering events.
- Contribute to automation for onboarding new networks and partners, including network-specific configuration and deployment workflows.
- Collaborate closely with protocol engineering, infrastructure, and compliance to ensure monitoring and decision outputs are auditable and operator-friendly.
What we’re looking for
- Strong backend engineering experience. (TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS are a plus.)
- Strong SQL skills, and experience designing data models and data pipelines.
- Experience building reliable production services: graceful failure modes, idempotency, retries, and incident response.
- Comfort with on-chain and off-chain architecture and event-driven systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes and microservice architecture.
